Cascina Dell'Orso is located in Vallinfante (856 m), in the district of Castelsantangelo sul Nera (MC), in the Sibillini National Park. It is situated in the highest part of the village, inside a suggestive landscape, where the streets come to an end and the paths begin, where pastures and woods become integral part of the inhabited. Here it is not so rare to hear the wolf's howling and bell of the deer, which re-echo through the valley. The water's plenty is another feature of this site: in Vallinfante there is the Nera river-head, the greatest affluent of Tevere river, and "La fonte de li cillitti" (Source of little birds) is a renowned spring of low mineral content water. Here it is still possible to enjoy the uncontaminated essence of nature, far away from noise, chaos, stress, in bird's warbling, wind and silence's company.
